+ What products do you use?

We want to keep your family safe and only use products we are proud of. A few of the products we use are:

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Zelle, cash, or check. Please keep in mind, however, that a credit card on file is necessary to book a reservation. This is so we can enforce a cancellation fee of $80.00 if a client cancels within 24 hours of their service. Debit/Credit card payments are subject to a $5 processing fee per clean.

+ What should I do to prepare for a cleaning?

If you would like us to clean behind any appliances, please have them moved beforehand. This also applies to any large pieces of furniture.

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following through with these requests will help both your family and Corner To Corner ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place.

+ Why do you use my vacuum and microfiber clothes?

So we are not cross contaminating, Corner to Corner Cleaning is now using our customer’s vacuums along with requiring customers to purchase microfiber clothes from us to keep at our customer’s house to be washed by them. Our customers are also asked to have toilet brushes in each bathroom as we no longer carry them.

+ Can I trust a stranger in my home while I’m gone? Or do I have to be present for the cleaning??

There are never enough hours in a day to do everything you set out to do. Your purpose is to find more time for yourself and/or family so YOU don’t have to find time to clean. Our goal is to give you that free time. We are bonded and insured for your safety.

+ How long will it take to clean my home?

The amount of time spent in your home is dependent upon the tasks to be performed, the size of your home, amount of furniture, artwork, etc. We concentrate on quality and the final result meeting your expectations

+ Do I need to be there at the time of cleaning?

It is not necessary for the customer to be at the property during the time of the service so long as you provide a way for the cleaners to get inside. We have lockboxes that you can use on the day of your cleaning or you can give us a code.

+ Can I get a ballpark figure of how much it will cost to clean my home?

We can give you a "starting point" that takes into account all the possibilities of cleaning your home. Because every home is unique, we base our pricing on factors like clutter, pets, and even your lifestyle, all of which affect the way we clean and impact the price.

+ Do you pick up dog waste?

For health and sanitary issues, we will not handle any human or animal waste or bodily fluids.

+ What do you not clean?

Our professional housecleaning services are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. We customize services to accommodate your preferences so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want.

To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically:

  • Clean toys
  • Clean the inside of your fireplace
  • Pick up clutter
  • Clean your iron
  • Do laundry
  • Wash dishes
